HOW LONG DO THE PERSONALIZED ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Personalized items take 8-12 weeks to complete.  By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the timeline above.  Please double check spelling & size before placing order. Any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours. All custom items are FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, we do not offer rush options at this time.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes! We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition. A shipping and handling fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the refund provided to the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received.
